Prices
We have different prices depending on the time and number of participants.
Online you can only book the standard packages (45min) but we have other packages with different durations for different types of groups (companies, birthday parties, bachelor parties, etc).
Participants must wear non-slip socks. We also have it on sale at Banzai for only €2/pair.

What is Banzai Pixel?
In Banzai Pixel, you and your team will need quick thinking, impeccable coordination and agile movements to overcome dozens of levels in an immersive challenge where the goal is to score as many points as possible!
Should I wear appropriate clothing?
In Banzai Pixel, play in your comfortable everyday clothes, but it is mandatory to wear only non-slip socks. If you don’t have non-slip socks, no problem, as we have our beautiful non-slip Pink Pop socks on sale at Banzai for only €2/pair.
This way, you will ensure maximum agility and comfort to overcome each challenge!
Is it really for all ages?
Absolutely! Teams need agility, but also a lot of coordination and strategy. The more experienced ones may not have the same speed as the younger ones, but they make up for it with a strategic vision and ability to coordinate the team!
How it works if it's a whole group aged <12
If it is a group with at least 5 children under the age of 12, accompanying adults do not pay (up to 2).
Is it an activity suitable for families?
It’s one of the most memorable and fun activities for the whole family! With adapted game versions from 4 years old, we guarantee incredible moments of fun for kids, parents and even grandparents!
Do I have to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend that you book in advance to secure the room on the day and time you prefer. Booking is especially important on weekends, when demand is higher. You can easily book on our website or contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone!
If we are a group larger than 8, can we play?
Yes! But in those cases you will have to contact us beforehand to adjust the schedules and levels of play.
Can I host a birthday party and use the entire play area?
Of course! You can book the space for your guests directly online. And if you have any questions, call us or write to us! We have special packages for birthday parties, whether for children or adults, ensuring an unforgettable experience! Learn more here

Where can I park?
We are located in the center of downtown Porto, 1 min walk from the Bolhão metro station.
If you come by car, you can park in several covered parks such as Parque da Praça D. João I, Parque do Bonjardim, Shopping Via Catarina, among other parking lots available in the area.
