Receive ProposalHow will the party be?
All participants should arrive at the space about 15-20 minutes before the booked time.
Game Master Banzai will accompany the group to an area where they can leave the shoes and clothes not necessary for the activity and distribute (in the case of Packs) the official Pink Pop Banzai non-slip socks.
Then all participants are taken to the activity area to receive a Briefing from the Game Master.
Example of a Banzai Pixel 90 Pack birthday party program (for a party reserved for 2:30 pm):

Example of a program of a birthday party with a Pack Banzai Challenge session (for a party reserved for 2:30 pm):
Arrival: 14:15, Activity: 14:30-16:15, Congratulations 16:15-16:45 at Banzai Hall
Happy Birthday moments with Banzai catering or external (customers) are only available in the Challenge or Pixel Packs and not if only activities without a pack are booked.
Which ages are it suitable for?
In Banzai Pixel the minimum age is 7 years old and in Banzai Challenge 8 years old.
However, we recommend the presence of accompanying adults according to the following:
- Banzai Pixel: 1 accompanying adult for the whole group
- Banzai Challenge:
- 2 accompanying adults per group of 10 participants aged 12 years and under
- 1 accompanying adult for each group of 10 participants aged 16 years or less and 13 years or older
- No accompanying adults as long as participants are 17 years of age or older
Party Invitations
After confirming the reservation, our team will send the digital invitations to your email.
Do I have to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend that you book in advance to secure the room on the day and time you prefer. Booking is especially important on weekends, when demand is higher. You can easily book on our website or contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone!
How to make the reservation and payment?
€50 must be paid in the award (non-refundable) for blocking the schedules.
One week before the party will be contactad@ for final confirmation of the number of participants (the final amount to be paid will be according to the number of participants confirmed).
Any change to reservations (change in schedules, number of players and games) must be communicated up to one week before the activity, otherwise the groups and times previously booked will be charged.
Each session has a limited capacity, so on the same day we may not be able to secure additional places.
What if some attendees arrive late?
We have sessions starting at scheduled times reserved for different customers, so the reservation of the party is confined to the contracted period.
What is the maximum group size?
In the case of the Banzai Challenge, groups of 10 participants can play every 30 minutes who finish the activity spaced from the same time distance and gather at Banzai Hall to sing Happy Birthday.
In the case of Banzai Pixel at the moment we allow a maximum group of 16 participants in the activity and who also play simultaneously and share the Pixel Lounge throughout the party.
In the case of Banzai Arena we allow a maximum group of 40 participants.
Is there appropriate clothing?
All participants can play in normal everyday clothes, but it is mandatory to wear only socks. Our Packs include Banzai’s Pink Pop non-slip socks but you can use any other socks if you wish.
Is there insurance and is the fee already included?
Yes, our activities are safe and fun but as required by law we are covered by all applicable insurances, namely: Personal Accident Insurance and Civil Liability Insurance.
The insurance fee is already included in the price of each activity.
